We support, empower and care for people towards and at the end of life.

Through an inpatient ward, community nursing team and wellbeing services, we provide expert and compassionate hospice care to adults living in Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill, Uckfield, Lewes and the surrounding villages. We understand that illness affects everybody close to that person, so we're also here for family and friends, too.

Ultimately, we're passionate about helping the amazing people we meet to achieve the best quality of life for as long as possible. There isn’t a one-size-fits-all package; everyone is unique, which means their care experience will be too. We focus on whatever it is that matters most to the individual.

We rely on your generosity to cover over 80% of our running costs. 

It costs £8000 per day to run our vital services, but we receive very limited NHS funding. By supporting us, you'll be there for families living with terminal illness, and help people make precious memories with those they love.
